Scribd Charged Me $12 Without Permission — I Don’t Even Use the App

At 9:00 PM on November 4, a charge of $12 USD was withdrawn from my account through the Scribd app without my knowledge or permission. I do not use this app, and I absolutely do not accept being charged for something I never subscribed to. The payment was taken from the card ending in 3471.

I have not yet contacted Scribd customer service. I am requesting that the withdrawn amount be refunded to me as soon as possible.
