Scribd Charged Me for Months After I Canceled My SlideShare Trial

I originally signed up for a free trial on SlideShare and made sure to cancel within the trial period. I assumed everything was taken care of. What I didn’t realize was that I had apparently been signed up for Scribd at the same time—without my clear consent. Even though I canceled the SlideShare trial, Scribd continued to charge me month after month.

I never authorized a separate Scribd membership and never used the service. These charges were taken from my account without any proper notice or explanation. It’s completely unacceptable that I’ve been charged for a service I neither requested nor used. I demand a full refund of the monthly payments that were withdrawn after my cancellation. Scribd needs to take responsibility and fix this immediately.
