Scribd Keeps Charging Me Monthly After I Canceled My Membership

I canceled my Scribd subscription months ago, yet they continue to charge me every single month—this time from different cards I’ve used in the past. I don’t even have an active membership anymore, nor do I use the platform. Somehow, they seem to have stored multiple cards and are rotating charges between them. This is absolutely outrageous and feels extremely invasive.

Each month, I get a charge despite having taken all the necessary steps to cancel. I have no control over where they’ll charge next, and it's creating both financial and emotional stress. Scribd must stop this unauthorized billing immediately and issue a full refund for all the months they’ve charged me after cancellation. This is completely unacceptable, and I won’t stop until this issue is resolved.
