On 02/08/2025, my credit card was charged 502.69₺ with the description “Scribd629117807”*. I have never had a Scribd account, membership, or subscription of any kind, so this transaction was made completely without my knowledge or consent.
My credit card is still active, and aside from this charge, I have not noticed any other suspicious transactions. This clearly points to an unauthorized billing related specifically to Scribd. As of now, I have not yet filed a dispute with my bank, but I fully intend to do so if the issue is not resolved promptly.
I demand that this unauthorized charge of 502.69₺ be fully refunded to my account and that Scribd investigate how such a transaction was processed without my approval. A platform of this size must take responsibility and ensure that unauthorized charges do not occur to unsuspecting users.
