Scribd Won’t Let Me Cancel My Subscription and Keeps Charging My Card

I am unable to cancel my Scribd subscription either through the website or the mobile app. When I try to cancel the subscription from my account, I am redirected to Google Pay, but there is no active Scribd subscription shown on Google Pay. Despite this, charges continue to be taken from my credit card regularly.

I started this subscription this year, and although I have been trying to cancel it since then, no solution has been provided. When I try to contact Scribd support through chat, the conversation suddenly ends and I cannot reach anyone for assistance. Because of this, I am unable to cancel the subscription myself.

I request the immediate cancellation of my Scribd subscription and a full refund of all amounts unfairly charged to my credit card due to this cancellation issue. I kindly request that this matter be investigated as soon as possible and that I receive a clear written response regarding the resolution.
