Scribd Charged My Account After a SlideShare Trial

47

I had a trial subscription for SlideShare, but without my knowledge or consent, I was enrolled in Scribd Premium. I didn’t notice at first, but later I realized they had been charging me for months. Their platform design makes it difficult to see these hidden charges, which feels intentional. This is fraud, and I want my money back. I even tried contacting their customer service, but I only received generic responses with no real help. I will never use Scribd again. What they did is illegal, and I will pursue all legal actions available in Turkey to recover my money.
