Scribd Trial Auto-Charged My Card With No Email Reminder — Requesting Refund

During my Scribd trial membership, $12 USD was withdrawn from my account today without any reminder or notification about canceling the subscription. When I signed up, it was clearly stated that I would be notified before any payment was taken. However, I received no warning or email, and the fee was charged through my account linked to r*******@gmail.com**.

I tried to reach customer service, but there was no contact number available and I couldn’t get any support. This situation has caused me significant inconvenience.

I am requesting a refund of the $12 USD that was charged and the cancellation of my subscription. I expect an urgent resolution.
