Scribd Charged $11.99 Twice After Membership Cancellation Despite Account Closed

Even though I canceled my Scribd membership both through the website and via email, two unfair charges were made to my account: $11.99 (₺502.25) on July 24, 2025, and $11.99 (₺507.90) on August 24, 2025. My account shows as canceled, yet these amounts were still deducted. My customer number is 45131559 and my account number is 536/6647783. I also have the payment receipts. Despite emailing Scribd about my refund request, I have not received any response. I request the refund of these two unjust charges to my account.
