Scribd Made Subscription Cancellation Impossible and Charged ₺500 Monthly Without Consent

On the Scribd platform, I am unable to cancel the subscription for two different accounts. For the account registered with the email e*******************@gmail.com, I have been trying for about 10 days to cancel both via the app and the website, but either the option does not appear at all or the redirections go into an endless loop preventing me from completing the process. The user interface is very complicated, and the cancellation process is unnecessarily difficult. Such a basic action as canceling a subscription being made this hard has caused me to waste time and left me feeling helpless as a user. My other account registered with e********@gmail.com may already have been closed due to similar problems, but I also request a refund for the charges made to this account. In particular, after the free trial ended, my subscription was automatically converted to paid without my consent, and monthly charges of about ₺500 began to be withdrawn from my account. Currently, the card cannot be charged, and I do not want any further payments to be taken. So far, I have not been able to reach customer service because the language barrier has made the process very difficult for me. I request that all of my subscriptions be completely canceled and that the payments taken from the e********@gmail.com account be refunded. I expect this grievance to be resolved as soon as possible, as I had anticipated a user-friendly experience. Otherwise, I will consider exercising my legal rights and filing a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee.
