Roborock S5 Max Charging Problem

I purchased a Roborock S5 Max from the Teknosa store in Diyarbakir Ceylan mall and was eager to put it to use. However, after only 5 months of use, I began to experience problems. The robot was unable to navigate to the appropriate room and eventually failed to return to its charging station. I took it to the Teknosa store, where it was sent to service and I was told there was no problem with the product. However, it was still not charging. The charging socket was found to be defective after being returned to service a second time, and it was replaced. Despite this, the problem persists. The robot claims to be charging, but it is not, and it displays 0% battery when it leaves the charging station. I've tried Teknosa for assistance, but both the store and the Roborock service have let me down. I was even told that an update would fix the problem, but the charging problem occurred before the update was even released. I'm stuck with a high-priced robot vacuum that doesn't work properly, and I'm kicking myself for not going with a different brand that provides better customer service. Don't be misled by the positive feedback; this has been a frustrating experience.
