Wise Not Returning Payment After Product Return
I purchased a “mini camera” through the Wise website. Later, I decided to return the product and sent it back on January 5 using the provided return barcode. Although my return is marked as “canceled” in the system, several days have passed and I still have not received any refund. During this time, I have not been contacted or given any information about the process.
My order number is 6338173222419. Even though I returned the product on time and in accordance with the rules, the refund has still not been issued, which is causing me inconvenience.
I request that the amount I paid be refunded to my account immediately without requiring any additional steps, and that I be provided with clear information regarding this process.
