Wise Not Receiving My Transfer Despite Bank Confirmation

On March 18, 2026, at 5:15 PM, I initiated a transfer of approximately $165 (5,300 TL) from my Enpara account via Wise to send money to the United Kingdom. Wise provided an IBAN belonging to Fibabanka through Moka, and while making the transfer from Enpara, I entered the reference code “p21143981” in the description field exactly as instructed by Wise. However, the money I sent has still not been credited to my Wise account.
When I contacted Enpara, they stated that the money has left their system and was successfully delivered to the recipient side. When I contacted Fibabanka and provided the transaction reference number, they said they could not see any such transfer. When I contacted Moka, they told me that Wise must contact them directly and provide a notification. I am unable to reach Wise at all. It appears that although the money may have reached Moka/Fibabanka, it has not been credited to my Wise account and seems to be lost in between, with no clear party taking responsibility.
During this process, I have experienced both a loss of time and financial inconvenience. I request that the 5,300 TL I sent be immediately credited to my Wise account, or if that is not possible, that the full amount be refunded to me without any deductions as soon as possible.
