Wise Transfer Missing €300 After Partial Refund
On February 16, 2026, I transferred €2,000 from my Ziraat Bank euro account to my Wise account. Parts of the transfer were processed the same day—first €1,000 and then €500. The following day, €200 was returned to my Ziraat account. However, the remaining €300 has been missing for 23 days.
I previously submitted a complaint regarding this issue and requested a SWIFT trace for the remaining amount, but I have not received any valid or meaningful response.
I request that the missing €300 be urgently investigated, that the SWIFT trace process be properly completed, and that I be provided with a clear explanation along with the transfer of the remaining amount to my Wise account or a refund to my bank account.
