I recently purchased a Huawei y9 prime 2019 phone and was initially satisfied with its features and performance. However, I soon encountered a major issue with the front camera. Whenever I try to open the front camera through the camera application, the application immediately crashes and I am unable to use the front camera. Despite attempting various troubleshooting methods, including a factory reset, the issue remains unresolved. I am extremely disappointed with this product and feel that I have been let down by the brand.
