I am using a Huawei Nova 5T Pro, and I have been charged for Huawei Cloud even though I do not want to pay for this service. I noticed today that CHF 9.60 was taken directly from my credit card for Huawei Cloud, but I do not remember when these charges actually started, and I do not want to continue this paid service. I want my Huawei Cloud subscription to be cancelled, today’s charge of CHF 9.60 to be refunded to my credit card, and any future charges for this service to be completely blocked.
