Huawei Lost My Laptop and Sent Me Someone Elses Device
We are facing a major issue with Huawei help desk and service operations. They lost my laptop and sent me someone else’s device instead. To make matters worse, the laptop they sent is in poor condition and clearly not mine. I even shared all the necessary documentation and serial numbers to prove the mix-up, but nothing has been resolved. I can’t reach anyone in Turkey—no phone contact, no proper support. The only reply I get is from [email protected], but even then, we haven’t been able to find a resolution. I keep calling 444 79 88 and sending messages via WhatsApp, but unfortunately, I receive no response. It’s really upsetting not to be able to get support for such a serious mistake.
The laptop has arrived, but all the data has been deleted. The charger and charging cable are still missing. It's clear they can't do the job right the first time. I will file a complaint with the relevant channels; this is a disgrace.
