Huawei P40 Lite X App Not Opening And Support Unable To Fix Issue

I am using a Huawei P40 Lite. When I try to download and open the X app, it shows this warning. Customer support representatives called me, but we couldn’t resolve the issue. I want this problem to be fixed as soon as possible. I shouldn’t have to access the app through the web browser, so please provide a solution urgently.
