If your Huawei Band 6's power drains quickly, you can usually fix the problem with a few changes:
Turn off functions like TruSleep and continuous heart rate monitoring when they're not needed to begin. To change these settings, open the Huawei Health app, select your Band 6 from the list of devices, and then go to "Health Monitoring."
Another good way to save battery is to manage alerts. Go to "Notifications" in the Huawei Health app and turn off alerts from apps that aren't necessary. This cuts down on shocks and screen activations that aren't needed and drain the battery over time.
How the screen is set up is also very important. You can get a lot more battery life out of your phone by turning off "Raise to wake" and lowering the screen brightness. On your Band 6, go to "Display" to change these settings.
Lastly, make sure your device has the most recent software. Updates often include ways to improve battery life. In the Huawei Health app, go to your device's settings and look for updates. If there are any, accept them.
