Ketogo Denied Refund Despite Unauthorized €39 Charge
The Ketogo app appeared to me as an advertisement, and on January 26, 2026, I approved a €7 payment through its website using my iPhone just to try it out. However, even though the app did not function properly at all, it constantly tried to push me to purchase VIP or multipack options. I did not approve any of these additional packages.
Despite this, on February 2, 2026, an additional €39 was charged to my credit card without my permission. After this transaction, I sent an email to the company requesting cancellation and a refund. In their response, they stated that cancellations are only possible within 48 hours, and since I submitted my request the next day, they refused to accept it.
I was not able to use this program at all, I did not benefit from the promised service, and an amount I did not approve was charged to my card. I request a full refund of both the €7 payment and the unauthorized €39 charge, and I demand that all subscriptions and payment transactions associated with my card be canceled.
