Huawei Watch GT 6 Pro Promised 10% Discount Denied

On 19.02.2026, I was contacted by the Huawei Ankara Office for a satisfaction survey. I stated that I was satisfied with the product I had previously purchased, that there were no issues, and that it was working perfectly well. During the call, the customer representative asked whether I was interested in purchasing another product and said that if I did, at least a 10% discount could be applied. I mentioned that I was considering buying a watch and that a friend of mine liked a tablet and was also thinking about purchasing one. At that moment, I genuinely thought, “They really work well and stand behind their products.” However, when I later called the same number, I was told that such a discount could not be applied, that there was no such campaign, and that it was a mistake. When I explained that our conversations were recorded, that they were the ones who had called me, and that they had personally offered this discount, the matter was closed by saying, “You will be contacted.” On 25.02.2026, I was called again and this time it was clearly stated that there was definitely no such discount. Believing that the promised discount would be valid, I was planning to purchase a Huawei Watch GT 6 Pro. In fact, even though the same product was around ₺14,500 at MediaMarkt and Teknosa and ₺16,000 on Huawei’s side, I was still considering buying it from Huawei simply because I felt valued. Even if the 10% discount had not been applied, what truly disturbed me was that the promises made to me were later denied, that the customer was treated as if they were foolish, and that although they were the ones who called, it was made to seem as if we were the ones demanding a discount afterward. I request that Huawei officials take this complaint into consideration and investigate the misleading statements made by the personnel who called on their behalf. Since the conversations are recorded, I ask that these records be reviewed, that the promised discount be clearly clarified, and, if possible, that the discount initially offered be fully honored.

They keep calling and saying the same things; these guys are trying to become a global giant. In Turkey, they're chasing statistics on how we employees can get high scores in the surveys, as if a discount is being offered. Actually, all stores already have a 10% discount. Normally, when they call, they send a survey, but after the last call they don't send the survey.

The Huawei Ankara Office called me promising a 10% discount, but later stated that this discount did not exist and that they had provided incorrect information. Assuming the offer would be valid, I decided to purchase the Huawei Watch GT 6 Pro, but this promise was not fulfilled and I encountered a misleading attitude. I request that my complaint be investigated and a clear explanation be provided regarding the promised discount.
