Huawei Blocks My Right to Return Faulty 12X Tablet and Stylus

I purchased the Huawei 12X tablet from www.huawei.com/tr/ on October 13th, and since the stylus didn't work, I wanted to exercise my right to return it within 14 days. However, the return process was constantly hampered. First, I was directed to an authorized service center and shipped the product on October 24th using the code provided. Despite clearly requesting a return, the service center refused to process my request, stating that only the stylus was faulty and the tablet was in good condition. The repair was completed and the product returned to me. I repeatedly communicated the situation to both Huawei Turkey and Ouno service. Huawei initially denied my return, citing the time delay. When I explained my rights, they asked me to collect the package and return it to the Huawei warehouse, assuring me that the return would be processed this way. However, the process has been dragging on for almost 10 days, and both companies are constantly stalling to prevent me from exercising my right to return. Furthermore, the stylus was included as a gift; now, they're saying only the stylus will be refunded, further exacerbating my distress. I've emailed 4-5 times and called over 10 times, but no concrete solution has been offered. Finally, a senior management representative's approach wasn't solution-oriented; on the contrary, it exacerbated my grievances and lacked consumer morality.
