I am using a Huawei Watch Fit, and since 01/06/2026, the device has been freezing and becoming completely unresponsive at random times during the day. The screen stops responding, and I cannot use the basic functions properly, which prevents me from using the watch as intended. As soon as this problem started, I restarted the watch and checked for software updates, but the issue continues despite these attempts. I contacted Huawei customer service yesterday about this situation, but I have not received any response yet. I purchased this Watch Fit recently, on 12/27/2025, and I did not expect to have such a serious usability problem in such a short time. Given that the product is almost new and the malfunction started suddenly, I request that my Huawei Watch Fit be replaced with a properly functioning device as soon as possible, or that an equivalent solution be provided without causing further loss of time.
