I bought a Huawei Freebuds 5 headset from Idefix on 29.08.2025 and from the first days I noticed a serious problem when using it for phone calls. When there is an incoming call, the headset makes a loud disturbing noise and I cannot use it properly at all during the call. Because of this, I am unable to use the product for its main purpose. I contacted Idefix about the problem and they recommended that I send the product to Huawei service. I took it to the authorized Huawei service. I was informed there that my headset was replaced, however the new product did not come as a sealed box and the same problem continues exactly in the same way. Despite the so‑called replacement, I am still unable to use the headset for phone calls. After all these experiences, I have completely lost my trust in this product and the process, and I no longer want another repair or replacement. I kindly request a full refund of the amount I paid for the Huawei Freebuds 5, as I have not been able to use the product as expected and the problem has not been resolved despite the service process.
