Ketogo App Not Delivering Purchased Diet Plan After Payment
Today, I purchased a 1-week diet program through Ketogoapp and paid approximately €7 with my credit card. However, after completing the purchase, I have not been able to access the promised diet plan in any way.
Within the app, I was asked to answer several questions about my dietary preferences. After completing all these steps, instead of showing my plan, the app keeps redirecting me to new payment screens and presenting different offers. The support team claims these additional payments are optional, but I cannot access my diet plan without going through these steps—so they are effectively being forced, and the app never actually provides the plan.
I request that the 1-week diet plan I paid for be delivered to me without any additional charges. I expect the service I paid for to be fully provided, and I ask that this issue be reviewed and resolved as soon as possible.
