Ketogo Unauthorized Transactions After Subscription Was Canceled
I used the Ketogo app about 1–2 years ago after seeing it on Instagram, and I later canceled my subscription. I am not currently using the app, I have not given any approval, and I cannot reach their contact information through any channel.
On January 19, two separate charges—$24.95 and $19.96—were made to my QNB Finansbank credit card without my knowledge or permission. I do not believe I have any active subscription with Ketogo, and I did not receive any notification or approval request regarding these transactions.
I request that these unauthorized charges be canceled, that the full amount be refunded to me, and that all my personal and card information be completely removed from the Ketogo system.
