Ketogo Unauthorized Transaction and Repeated Charge Attempts
Even though I do not actively use the Ketogoapp and did not give any approval, I noticed that money was withdrawn from my account without my permission. On January 26, 2026, a charge of €26.00 was made to my Enpara credit card by a company listed as “keto-GO. App Nutrition Riga lv,” and it appeared on my statement as “YDS Ketogo App.” I did not start any subscription, did not approve any payment, and did not use the app. Despite this, I do not accept that this amount was charged without my knowledge or consent.
As soon as I noticed this unauthorized transaction, I contacted Enpara. The bank told me I needed to resolve the issue with the company and canceled my card for security reasons. When I contacted Ketogoapp, they stated that they could not cancel the subscription and could only offer a partial refund. Additionally, further charge attempts were made under “KETO-GO. App workout,” but these were declined because they exceeded the spending limit I set on my virtual card—otherwise, more unauthorized charges would have been made.
I request a full refund of the €26.00 charged to my account and the immediate cancellation of any memberships or subscriptions that may have been created under my name. I ask that this issue be urgently reviewed and that the harm caused by these unauthorized transactions be fully resolved.
