My Huawei Watch GT3 shut down after I went into the sea and never turned back on. Its warranty has also expired. I had worn this watch in pools and the sea many times before without any issues, so why did it suddenly stop working right after the warranty ended? Is this part of a deliberate strategy? I had been very satisfied with Huawei until now—I even bought the GT5 model for my wife. But it seems my relationship with Huawei ends here. A watch that is claimed to be water-resistant now appears to have suffered water damage. What a shame!
