Ketogo App Charges Extra Fees After I Paid for Diet Plan
On February 3, 2026, I purchased a 1-week diet package through Ketogoapp for approximately $12 using my credit card. However, when I started using the app, I realized that many features within the program require additional payments, and these charges are even listed in euros. Instead of providing a clear and complete program as promised, the app constantly presents paid content and prevents me from accessing the diet plan I expected.
I do not accept that the package I purchased is structured in a way that repeatedly demands additional payments. Therefore, I request that my membership for the 1-week diet package be canceled and that the amount I paid be refunded to me.
