I Can’t Get My Huawei Laptop Back from Warranty Service Without Paying ₺1750
Huawei’s warranty service has become an absolute nightmare. I sent in my laptop, which is still under valid warranty, for inspection. They didn’t repair it, they didn’t even offer to fix it — they merely examined the issue and now demand ₺1750 just for the inspection.
What’s worse is that they are refusing to return my laptop unless I pay this fee. The courier company won’t release the package without payment, so now my personal property is being held hostage. I didn’t authorize any paid service, I didn’t receive any repair, and yet they’re charging me an unreasonable amount simply for “looking” at the device.
I can’t even share photos of the laptop since they still have it, and this entire situation feels like a complete violation of consumer rights. This isn’t just poor customer service — it’s extortion.
Huawei needs to return my product immediately without demanding payment for services I didn’t receive or approve. I’m calling on the company to act responsibly and fix this issue. If they continue to hold my laptop without cause, I will escalate this to consumer protection authorities and take legal action.
