Huawei Health Aspiegel Unauthorized Charge Withdrawn From My Card

On 20.03.2026, a transaction of 150₺ was made from my Akbank card with the description “YDS ASPIEGEL” related to Huawei Health Europe without my consent. I did not authorize this payment, and I currently do not have any active membership or subscription in Huawei Health or related services that would justify this charge. I request that the 150₺ withdrawn from my card without my permission be refunded to my account and that all my saved payment information within Huawei / Aspiegel systems be completely deleted. I also expect information about how this unauthorized transaction occurred and assurance that similar unauthorized charges will not occur again.
