My Huawei P60 Pro Was Poorly Serviced and Returned Without Protection

On my Huawei P60 Pro model phone, I recently experienced problems with overheating during wireless charging and buzzing from the speaker while talking on the phone. For this reason, in consultation with customer representatives, I sent my device to the contracted cargo and service under warranty, in its original box and wrapped in bubble wrap to prevent damage. Before sending the device, I requested service contact information from Huawei customer representatives, but I could not reach the number provided for two days. Although I sent my phone with two problems, the return from the service stated that only the heating was normal and general maintenance was done. I was not able to find out if any action was taken regarding the sizzling coming from the speaker, despite my persistent inquiries. The saddest thing was that my phone was sent to me by cargo in a completely unprotected, empty box. I was very disturbed that the care I took to protect my device was not reciprocated in the same way by the service. When the cargo arrived, it was clear that it was unprotected and I also recorded this with a video. I communicated this situation to Huawei support via WhatsApp. I was told that I would receive a return from the higher unit and today (Tuesday 05.08.2025) I received a return. But I was only asked "Does the phone work? Is there a visible problem?" questions were asked. I did not receive a satisfactory answer as to what would happen if a possible hardware damage were to occur in the future. Furthermore, there was no apology or empathy on behalf of the service, only that it would be forwarded to the head office.
