Guess has not refunded me for two months

Months have passed since my initial order with Guess on November 13, 2022, and I'm still waiting for both the product and the refund. In spite of assurances to the contrary, I have yet to receive my promised refund. I have contacted the company via email but have received no response or made any headway. I couldn't make my opinion heard when I went into the store and they flat-out rejected my idea of online purchases. There is nowhere on the website for me to file a complaint. I want a complete refund, including the cost of shipping and any applicable customs duties. This cannot continue, and I am hoping to find a solution.
