Guess Power Women’s Tote Bag Straps Peeling After Three Months

I bought a Guess Power women’s tote bag from the official Trendyol store on 12.05.2025 and I have been using it in Hatay/Antakya. Although I used the bag under normal daily conditions, the straps started to peel after about 3 months, which I do not find acceptable for a product of this brand and price level. I have not contacted Trendyol customer service about this issue because in a previous problematic purchase I could not receive sufficient support from the brand, which caused me to lose trust. However, I believe that a bag strap peeling in such a short time clearly indicates a quality problem. I request that my purchase be resolved either with a refund or a product exchange, and I kindly ask for my complaint to be evaluated and concluded as soon as possible.
