Guess Did Not Deliver My Order and Did Not Refund My Payment
On October 7, I purchased a T-shirt and a tracksuit from Guess’s official website with order number ge08022336. After placing my order, I was informed that the tracksuit was out of stock and that a refund of ₺10,800 would be issued. However, the other items in my order are still shown as pending and have not been delivered to me. I tried to reach customer service several times but was unsuccessful, and my emails have also gone unanswered. I paid a total of ₺28,998, yet I have neither received my products nor completed the refund process. I request that the missing items from my order be shipped to me and that the refund for the canceled product be issued as soon as possible. I kindly ask that my grievance be resolved promptly.
