Guess Misled Me About Customs Fees and Shipping for My Order From Germany

I made a purchase through the Guess app, and everything was listed in Turkish Lira during the checkout process. The shipping fee was also displayed as ₺0. I placed my order, assuming the item would be shipped from Turkey, but it turns out it’s being shipped from Germany. I just found out that since the order exceeds €30, I’ll need to pay customs duties. Moreover, in order to return the item, I have to pay the customs fee, wait for the item to arrive, and then send it back to Germany. This is ridiculous. Even if I decide to pay the customs fee, I have no idea how much it will be. I would like assistance with this matter.
