I placed an order on Guess.com over 10 days ago, yet I have received no shipping confirmation or update. The website clearly states that orders are shipped within 2-3 days, and customers will be informed via email. However, I haven’t received any communication at all. There’s no contact number available to speak directly with customer service, and the only option to reach out is through the message form on their contact page. Despite sending multiple messages, I’ve received no response. This lack of support and transparency is frustrating, and I expect Guess.com to resolve this by providing an update or refund promptly.
