Guess Bag Arrived Without Dust Bag or Proper Packaging

In November, I purchased a Guess bag from Boyner, but it was delivered in a completely unacceptable condition. The bag was placed in just a regular shopping bag, without a dust bag or any protective packaging. For the past month, I’ve been waiting for Boyner to send the missing dust bag, but no resolution has been provided.

Despite calling their customer service 15-20 times, I’ve received no support or solution. This lack of professionalism is unworthy of Boyner’s reputation. A premium brand bag promised with 100% quality assurance should not arrive in such a careless manner. I’m still chasing them for a solution, and this level of negligence is deeply frustrating. Boyner must address this issue immediately.
