Guess Charged via Iyzico But No Order or Refund Received

Guess charged ₺24,990 through @iyzico on October 31, 2025, but no order was created, and no refund has been issued since then. Despite multiple attempts to reach customer service, eight days have passed without any response or resolution. I kindly request that this issue be urgently reviewed and that my refund be processed without any further delay.
