Delay and Lack of Communication for Guess Bag Order Exceeding 20 Days
Hello, I purchased a bag from Guess and have been waiting over 20 days due to customs and shipping delays. The process has become incredibly frustrating, especially since the website is only available in German, making it difficult to communicate or get any updates. I’ve tried reaching Guess customer service multiple times, but it seems impossible to connect with anyone for assistance. At this point, I am considering filing a complaint with the Consumer Court.
Additionally, I have no idea if the package will be delivered to my address or if I need to pick it up somewhere. This lack of information and communication has been a terrible experience. Guess, please resolve this issue promptly and provide clear guidance on my order’s status.
