Resumaker Charges 98 PLN Without Clear Subscription Disclosure

On February 11, 2026, I was charged 98 PLN by Resumaker for a monthly subscription paid with my Santander credit card. When I used the service and entered my card details, it was not clearly disclosed that I would be enrolled in a paid monthly subscription, and I did not knowingly agree to any recurring charges.

I only intended to use the service one time and was not clearly or visibly informed that a monthly fee of 98 PLN would be charged to my card. Due to this lack of transparent information, I consider this charge to be unauthorized and misleading.

I am requesting that my Resumaker monthly subscription be canceled immediately and that the full amount of 98 PLN charged on February 11, 2026, be refunded to my Santander credit card. Please process this request as soon as possible and provide written confirmation of both the cancellation and the refund.
