Guess Delayed My Trench Coat Order and Keeps Giving Generic Responses
On March 7, I placed an order for a trench coat on the Guess.eu.tr website. At the time of purchase, the delivery time was stated as 1-2 days. However, during my conversations with customer service on March 11 and today, they only apologized for the delay and repeated the same response: "Your order will be shipped from one of our stores, and you will receive an email notification." Every time I ask, I receive the same generic response with no actual progress. Have you ever considered why we choose to buy from you when there are brands available at half the price elsewhere? It is because we expect to deal with responsible professionals who handle issues properly. I demand that my order be shipped immediately. Rest assured, I will also share this unacceptable situation with your international representatives.
Customer service is a complete fiasco. Probably because there is no direct contact person in Turkey, the overseas representatives are also uninterested, inadequate, and unable to provide solutions. I had to cancel my order. When I asked about the refund, they said it would take 3-14 days. Using the money for 20 days for a product they didn't process is another issue. If you are going to order from the site, think twice.
