I ordered three Guess bags, but two of them arrived with serious issues. The first bag had a broken logo, and the second one looked entirely different from the product shown in the online images. Only the third bag matched what I ordered and was free of defects. I decided to return all three bags and sent them back, but I have received no response or confirmation regarding my return. Despite following up, my ₺16,000 refund has not been processed, and I feel completely ignored. Guess, please address this issue immediately and provide the refund I am owed. This lack of communication and delay in processing returns is extremely frustrating.
