Guess Sold Me a Bag That Creased After Two Uses


After just two uses, I began to see noticeable creases forming. I reached out to Guess via email, and they replied stating that the problem was caused by usage. I spent ₺9,000 on this bag, and it now appears wrinkled and of low quality. I was hoping for higher quality, particularly from such a reputable brand. Rather than providing a genuine solution, they just handed me a 5% discount code, which seemed more like a robotic response than a sincere effort to resolve the problem. I had faith in this brand and proceeded with my purchase, but this experience has completely shattered my trust. I will not be purchasing another Guess bag in the future, and I will persist in submitting complaints through all appropriate consumer channels until this matter is adequately resolved.
