Guess Has Not Refunded My Money After a Long Wait and Ignored My Requests

I am contacting you about a refund issue with Guess that remains unresolved. I purchased an item and returned it, but after waiting quite a while, I still haven't seen my refund come through. This delay has been incredibly frustrating, and I feel overlooked since I haven't received a satisfactory response. I even asked for someone who speaks Turkish to get in touch with me, as it would really help with communication, but I haven't heard from anyone. I am starting to feel frustrated and uncertain about the brand. I am contemplating taking additional steps if this matter is not addressed quickly. I will definitely reconsider before making another purchase from Guess.
