I Want a Solution for My Deformed Guess Bag

I bought a few more different Guess bags on the same date and used them with similar care. Although I had no problems with these other bags, only serious deformation occurred in this white bag. I did not use the product very often, I did not contact it with any chemical product and acted with caution. The deformation of the product in this way before even a year unfortunately shook my confidence in Guess quality. I don't have my invoice at the moment, but I clearly remember the date of purchase as I mentioned above. I present the image of the internal label of the product attached. If necessary, I can also gladly convey the photos that clearly show the deformation. In this direction, my expectation from you: Changing the same model with a new one, or Exchange with a white Guess bag of similar nature, Or * I would like to ask you to provide a solution in the direction of refund and that the communication be provided via e-mail.
