Guess Online Orders Not Created After Payments

On 29.12.2025 at around 17:30, I added products to my cart on the Guess Official Online Store to make a purchase and was directed to the iyzico payment screen. Then, on 30.12.2025 at 20:43, I again placed an order and completed my payments through your website and mobile application. I made two separate payments: one for ₺13,559.40 and another for ₺10,560.00. All evidence, including receipts and screenshots related to these payments, is attached. However, despite completing both payments, my orders do not appear in the “My Orders” section of the system. The fact that the payments were taken but no orders were created has caused me both financial and emotional distress. Although I was informed that the first payment would be refunded, I have not received clear or transparent information about the process. The order corresponding to the second payment still does not appear in the system, and the products have not been sent to me. I request that this issue be urgently investigated, that the first payment of ₺13,559.40 be refunded to me in full as soon as possible, and that the second payment of ₺10,560.00 be correctly reflected as an order so that the products can be delivered to me without further delay.
