Guess Did Not Ship My Order - I Cannot Cancel or Get My Refund

On September 10, 2025, I placed an order for a bag, number GE07949496, on Guess's official website, paying ₺4,000 via credit card through iyzico. My order is still "pending" and hasn't been shipped yet. I tried to cancel my order before it shipped, but despite trying to contact customer service via WhatsApp, live chat, and email, I only received automated responses. These automated responses claim the order cannot be canceled, and I can't reach a live customer service representative. I've read numerous negative reviews about the site and have lost confidence in the correct shipping of my order. I request that my order be canceled and the ₺4,000 I paid be refunded to my account. I expect an immediate resolution to this matter.
