Guess Order Not Shipped Despite Promised Timeline

I placed an order with Guess three days ago, and I’m still waiting for it to be shipped. Before purchasing, the site clearly stated that the order would be shipped by the next day, which influenced my decision to proceed. However, that promise has not been kept.

When I contacted the seller for an update, they failed to provide clear or helpful information. If the order isn’t ready to be shipped, why mislead customers with false timelines? This lack of transparency and delay is incredibly frustrating.

I expect immediate communication and resolution regarding my order’s status. Guess must honor their commitments and provide timely updates to prevent customer dissatisfaction.
