I received a gift card, but I'm unsure if it can be used at both Guess and Guess Factory stores. What are the general conditions?

Whether digital E-Gift Cards or traditional plastic gift cards, redeeming them is possible online or at any GUESS, Marciano, or GUESS Factory store in the US and Canada.

• Redemption in-store:

Classic Gift Card: Present it to the cashier at the register in order to make your payment.
Electronic Gift Card: You can open or print the email that contains the E-Gift Card. Before beginning the payment process, give it to the cashier.

• Redemption Online:

At checkout, provide the number on your gift card and your PIN.

E-Gift Card: Open the original email you received and click the "Click to Activate" link to begin the activation process. This will make your PIN visible. The 16-digit E-Gift Card number and the 8-digit PIN must then be entered at checkout in order to apply it to your purchase.
