If GetYourGuide charged you but the tour provider never showed up, you can request a full refund as follows:

• Review the reservation confirmation email
• Save the reservation number and tour details
• Take photos or gather evidence showing that the provider did not arrive at the meeting point
• Keep any messages or attempts to contact the operator

Report the incident:

• Go to help.getyourguide.com
• Find your booking under My bookings
• Select Report a problem with the activity
• Explain that the provider did not show up
• Attach photos or other evidence of the incident

Request that they:

• Verify the provider’s failure to deliver the service
• Confirm the cancellation of the activity
• Process a full refund to the original payment method
• Provide a case number for follow-up
• Indicate the estimated timeframe for receiving the money
